2013
Petite Sirah – From Aaron the
owner and wine maker: “This years blend utilizes barrels from 7 different
vineyards, all of which bring a different element to the blend. It
exhibits deep and dark aromatics of blue and black fruits, peppercorn, bay
leaf, anise, and tapenade. The palate is big, yet maintains some elegance,
with blackberry, blueberry, smoked beef, loads of spice, with firm and gravelly
tannins”.

2013 Cabernet Sauvignon – I thought this was an excellent review from Wine Enthusiast/CB "Incredibly rich blackberry-jam aromas meet with licorice, smoked beef and black rocks on the continually evolving and dynamic nose of this bottling from Paso Robles' west side. It's rich, juicy and expertly structured on the palate, where blackberry fruit meets with pencil-lead minerality and light espresso flavors. The tannic grip is solid and the acidity is strong, ensuring long ageability."
Rangeland Wine Club: $25.50
2014 Mistletoe – Exploding with black cherry, spice, and everything nice, our 2014 Mistletoe blend is your first choice for the holiday season—or any season, for that matter. This vintage’s blend has 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Syrah, and 12% Zinfandel. Firm tannins wrapped around a plush body of blueberry and dark chocolate makes for a family favorite!
Stillwaters Wine Club: $21.25
2014 Chardonnay – This Chardonnay is
complex with the right amount of minerality and stone fruit flavors. It
carries a round but not overly voluptuous mouth feel which allows the fruit to
express true Chardonnay characters. It spent 3 months in new French oak
to give it a warm tasty vanilla finish and beautiful orange blossom nose.
Stillwaters Wine Club: $30.60
2011 Expressions – Light and delicate, this
Rhone blend is ruby red in color and bursting with ripe fruit flavors.
From the time this wine touches the tongue to the lingering bright fruit
finish, layers of this beautiful blend will tantalize your palate.
Pair this wine with your favorite pasta or fish and you'll have a perfect meal.

2013 Aria – From Josh Gibson owner and winemaker: ”A ruby red vixen, with some meat
to her bones & exotic nuances of paprika & chorizo, blackberry &
black licorice, mulberry, dried marjoram & rosemary. Juicy &
gushing, a mash-up of cherry & rhubarb pie. Aría evokes a landscape
of freshly fallen olives, casting about their leathery & oily muskiness,
& reminds us of freshly cured meats, hanging by strings from oak beams,
just within reach of our ruddy damsel as she rocks back & forth on a wine
barrel, regaling tales of mischief & naughtiness - a long & tall Sally,
indeed, with her head in the kitchen & her feet out in the hall.

2013 Creston Valley Petite
Sirah – "A limited-release Petite Sirah
showcasing the varietal's suitability in the Paso Robles AVA" - Kevin
Willenborg, Winemaker This wine was
only available at the winery and is not in distribution. Petite Sirah is
generally very dark in the glass this one is appropriate to the varietal.
It has generous dark berry fruit and slight hints of pepper in the
aromas for the nose. On the palate, it is varietally appropriate as
well, demonstrating a full bodied wine with dark berries to complement the
aromas and tannins which will allow the wine to tease the tongue. Fruit through
the mid-palate and a lovely extended finish will keep you thinking about this
wine well beyond the initial sip.

2014 Vermentino – Light straw in color,
ripe pear and honeydew melon with hints of green apple favor the nose.
It is a medium-bodied white wine with flavors of honeydew melon
that unfold into a rich finish.
This is a wine to consider with
your holiday meals because it will compliment many fish, poultry or ham dishes.
(This is an unbelievable pairing/CB): Kokos Coconut Cheese – Excerpt from Huffington Post: “A Dutch cheese distributed by Cheeseland, Kokos is a double cream Gouda that goes against the traditional recipe. The name is appropriate as what sets it apart is the coconut milk that is mixed in with the cow’s milk before aging. The result is a soft, fruity cheese with a coconut flavor and mouthfeel that’s existentially smooth.”
