Lusso Della Terra 2015 M Series Merlot
With a limited production of just 20 cases, Lusso Della Terra has outdone themselves on this easy favorite.
The nose is expressively floral with bight ripe red fruit
aromas of blackberry, baked cherries and plum. With the oak influence apparent,
it opens up on the palate with a flush of vanilla. Carefully balanced with
juicy rounded tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. Definitely not your average Paso
Robles Merlot. Drink this now or lay down to 2024.
Pair with a contrasting cheeseboard featuring cheeses of
exotic milks. Like Alpine cow's milk-Beaufort or Sheep's milk like Istara. A
Barbers Cheddar is also round and earthy enough to match this wine offering its
own complex flavours.
